Contour logistics kept me informed during the transit of my container from South Africa. They did experience a couple of obstacles out of their control with customs, and on delivery day. During these times communication wasn’t the best, but I suspect the system is more at fault then those working at contour logistics. I had to wait til about 15 min past 9am before the phones would ring through even though they open at 9am, causing additional delays with coordination of delivery. The movers they scheduled were very accommodating considering the delays, as was the flatbed driver waiting to unload my motorbike. I suggest you get driver telephone details for delivery day if you are expecting delivery outside of contour logistics hours of operations, such as early morning deliveries. I do recommend their services and would use them again.
